    Tony is Director, Reporting, and Project Director for the CDP's Reimagining Disclosure Initiative. He is responsible for the delivery of CDP's sector strategy and evolution of the questionnaires and guidance for climate, water and forests. Tony has >19 years international experience, including leading sustainability consulting teams at Logica and Infosys. He has helped organizations achieve their sustainability visions whilst improving bottom lines by tens of £millions. Tony has a PhD (Particle Physics) from UCL, and is a GACSO member of IEMA.
  • Sofie De Pauw, SH&E Excellence Process Manager, Bekaert

    Sofie De Pauw is SH&E Excellence Process Manager at Bekaert, working at Bekaert for almost 6 years. Her professional career started in 2001… she was involved in several implementation projects where a standard/global tool was deployed to support the business processes. In her daily job, her colleagues know her as a structured person, taking the concerns and remarks of others into account. As a Project Lead for the Enablon Project, it’s crucial to make sure that the business requirements are covered with a global and standardized solution facing all challenges such as change management, localizations, …  
  • Rodolphe Garnier, Internal Audit & Internal Control Director , Valeo

    Rodolphe Garnier is the Internal Audit & Internal Control Director for Valeo and has been with the Valeo organization since 1998. From 2008-2015, he was the CFO of several business branches of Valeo: Valeo Engine Management Systems, Valeo Engine Cooling, Business Group Thermal Systems and Powertrain Business Group. He was previously working as an Auditor for PwC.
  • Pedro Barros, Senior Manager, Advisory Services - Enterprise Risk Management, EY

    Pedro is an experienced and versatile senior risk manager with over 10 years of experience working with enterprise risk management for large and complex organisations. He is a global executive who has provided innovative solutions in different countries to companies in industries ranging from Financial Services to Mega Events. His primary focus has been to help solve risk transformation challenges at a board and executive level. He is currently part of EY’s Strategic Risk Outcomes (SRO) division for the UK and Ireland regions. As part of this role, Pedro is providing Governance, Risk and Compliance guidance to organisations aiming to strengthen their risk management framework. As an example, Pedro assisted the Rio2016 Olympic Committee to successfully develop and deliver the Risk Management Framework that supported the execution of the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.

    Olivier has over 12 years of experience in multinational companies (CAC40, Fortune 500) of which over 5 years at Owens-Illinois (O-I). He has a Financial Controlling background prior moving to EHS. 4 years as Manager Global EHS Analytics, Audits and Reporting: Global EHS Data Consolidation, Analysis & Reporting; Business cases / Strategic EHS Project; Global EHS Compliance Audits; Global EHS Compliance CAPEX Studies; Global Project Management – EHS IT System (Enablon) Implementation.
  • Lizanne Gildenhuys, Principle S&SD Systems, Maintenance and Data Integrity, Anglo American

    Lizanne Gildenhuys is the Principal S&SD Systems, Maintenance and Data Integrity at Anglo American and is responsible for the implementation of Enablon in Anglo American.  For 6 years she has worked with EH&S disciplines in a global role and assisted with the development of standardized processes to facilitate the delivery of an integrated S&SD Management System.

  • Kosta Weber, Senior Director PwC Consulting, Governance, Risk Management and Compliance , PwC

    Kosta is Senior Director in the PwC consulting practice in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Kosta has worked with clients to improve their governance, risk management, internal control and compliance for over 20 years. At first working in business and later as consultant at Arthur Andersen, Deloitte and since 2003 at PwC. Kosta combines his risk management focus with a special interest helping clients going through the transformation of their business e.g. as part of global post-merger-integration, dealing with international compliance crises or as part of cost saving and functional improvement initiatives.   • Koen Grégoir, Group Safety, Health and Environment Manager, Bekaert

    Koen Grégoir is Group Safety, Health and Environment Manager, 33 years at Bekaert. 57 years old, Married, 4 children, 4 grandchildren. During his Bekaert career he worked in IT, was Production Manager, Plant Manager, Supply Chain Manager and since 2012 he’s Group SH&E Manager. He’s known as a People person. Today’s major professional challenges he’s involved in are: 1- The BeCare program where Bekaert wants to create a turnaround in the safety culture @Bekaert; 2- Implementation of Enablon as the sustainability platform for Incident Management, Job Safety Analysis and Audit Management.
  • Kirsten Margrethe Hovi , Vice-President & Head of Extra-Financial Reporting, Norsk Hydro

    Kirsten Margrethe Hovi is vice president and head of Extra-Financial Reporting in Norsk Hydro ASA. She has worked for many years for Hydro within different areas including HSE, CSR, human resources, quality management, strategy, process engineering and communication. Since 2004 she is responsible for Hydro's extra-financial reporting. She has also actively participated in developing general and industry specific reporting standards, representing both the mining and the oil and gas industry. Since 2014, Hovi is a member of the Global Sustainability Standards Board, GRI’s standard setting governance body.
  • JR VanOrder, Global Practice Director - Information Management, CH2M

    J R is the Global Practice Director for Information Management at CH2M. He has a broad range of experience related to information management systems that includes product management, implementation and system integration. Much of his work history includes implementing commercial off the shelf software packages while working within the software implementation teams of software companies and consultancies alike. A central focus throughout his career has been combining technology and domain expertise to help customers establish practical and sustainable solutions.
  • Geoffrey Janvier, Vice President of Engineering, Enablon

    Geoffrey Janvier serves as Global Director of Engineering at Enablon, responsible for Enablon's development teams. His group is accountable for designing, building and maintaining all Enablon’s offerings, from the technology (application builder) to the platform, through mobile and cloud applications. He started at Enablon 10 years ago as a Software Architect within the GRC product line. Prior to Enablon he was in the consulting industry, at Capgemini, where he designed financial reporting solutions for the biggest outsourcing project of 2000s. He is a proud graduate of the Skema Business School, Sophia-Antipolis, France.
  • David Metcalfe, CEO and Founding Director, Verdantix

    During the past decade David has spoken at a wide range of global conferences and chaired panel debates across issues such as Carbon Finance, Utility Innovation (World Economic Forum), Green Strategy, the CIO Role In Sustainability and Carbon Software. At the head of Verdantix, over the last 6 years, David’s strategic vision on energy, environment and sustainability has been recognized by clients, media and academics. He leads the Verdantix team to provide a flow of research that helps make our clients successful as they invest in their energy, environment and sustainability strategies. Among other accomplishments, David was previously Senior Vice President at Forrester Research, the NASDAQ-listed technology and business research firm, where he led the EMEA research, consulting and client services teams. He holds an MA from the College of Europe and a PhD from the Harvard Business School.
